Rule Change: Selling cashes in Time Trust

Due to user demand, we have changed the rules regarding the Time Trust. When selling over 25,000 DKP worth of stock or futures, the user will cash out all the DKP currently accrued in the Time Trust. This change was made to influence a better balance of buying vs selling.
