RE: Wii Bubble About to Burst?
Unless the drop in Wii sales is combined with a spike in 360/PS3 sales (which hasn't happened), it is not a burst bubble. Nintendo continues to increase their lead in the Japanese market and is the only console maker that hasn't resorted to lowering their prices. Besides, for months analysts have claimed that Nintendo is diverting Wiis from Japan to other markets...is there any reason to think the Wii systems are collecting dust on shelves?
Also, software sales are still prety good and they've sold millions of Virtual Console titles as well which has a high profit margin.
