@Laoldar, I listed other reasons, you probably just missed them in the blizzard of down bids. I'm not saying it won't sell. I never said it won't sell. I said it's overpriced. I laid out what I thought was pretty good reasoning and got down bid.
Just so no one misses these, here's why I think this stock is overvalued: 1) Multiplayer from one card doesn't give younger, more cash strapped players incentive to buy their own copies. ; 2) I don't see this as being a "core" Mario game, in the sense that it's not a platformer (or Mario Kart); 3) The concept of a party game on DS seems kind of oxymoronic to me; especially since there's no Wi-Fi multiplayer, only local; 4) While people will buy a rehash of a game because it's on Wii, I don't think they'll do it on DS; 5) VGC is unreliable in the extreme for current data, much less games that were released before they existed. Are there other sources for your numbers than VGC? For definitive data, VGC doesn't cut it.
Like I said before, either I'll be right, or I'll be wrong. Also, don't be so sensitive; I said that my comments about VGC weren't directed at you, but for new people tuning in.
