@Laoldar, I agree with you on this article. The first day I got my Wii almost a year ago I immediately played Wii Sports and after playing the game to death for two hours (playing almost every single mode and what not), my arms were sore for the rest of the night (especially from trying out the boxing in the game and really going at it).
If you exercise only in 15 minute intervals and with 5 minute breaks, then you are not very likely to use that much energy as in, lets say, continuous exercise for at least a half an hour. Also, I believe that Wii Fit will burn a significant number of calories if you use it for at least for about an hour each day and actually get into doing the activities in the game (this statement is based off of what those game journalists from the industry have said about it in previews and impressions of the Japanese version of the game).
