Well, EA will not have the problems MS is having. Shareholder will go for it.
The bigger question is what to expect from this? I mean Take Two is Rockstar +X.
On the Rockstar front its easy: EA wants to cash in on the GTA franchise. It will be interesting if Rockstar will go for it.
The X is more success on the Wii than EA is having right know (carnival games) and 2k sports. And thats where it goes interesting. EA has a big sports devision, and only 2 company's are having success on the market: Take Two and Konami (PES). Will be interesting what they will do with 2k sports. Integrate it or sell it. Or are they bold enough to get do a company internal competition?
A sell off is not unlikely, getting some money back.
