@sagexsdx, I was going by the tone of your original post portraying HDi as a con to HD-DVD.
The main argument againt Blu-Ray for the 360 is obviously that Microsoft would rather have people paying money to use their digital distribution services rather than using optical media in the form of Blu-Ray. The possible usage of HDi in their digital distributed media would be more of a supporting reasoning to the main reason. It will be more like a bullet point on the digital distro service versus allowing for a Blu-Ray drive.
