@apujanata, Sony wants to be able to say this year they are beating expectations not missing. Its a simple PR move that will lower negative PS3 press. Sony is starting with a conservative number, 10M, then every quarter the headline is "PS3 out performs expectations again" and the Sony spoke person can say the PS3 is doing great ect. If they start with a higher number then every quarter the headline is PS3 is doing worse than expected or as expected. And the last thing Sony wants to do is lower the forecast as they did last year. This year they can get the headline "Sony increases PS3 sales forecast". I think 12M is where they will come in but want upside
