@oznerol, So if it is announced that a company will be created and you buy stock in it, then its okay for them to announce after they get your money, that the company you bought stock in is not what they had announced. It is actually a different company than what you were told it would be, and the company you planned to have your money invested in is now a completely separate company.
Why disrupt the market and have people invested in something different than what was originally announced, when you have control over the market (it is not real) and you can easily fix it.
