I'll believe the connectivity when I see it. The DS and PSP both touted "connectivity" which never really transpired on either platform. It is a great concept and if it happens it is certainly a plus.
As for the shareholders I undertand why they would sell, esspecially considering we are looking at a 2012 release now. Although if there is one thing Nintendo taught me with the DS and Wii is that you shouldn't count them out based soley on the concept.
