If you want to stop day trading, delisting stocks won't do it. That will only cause people to trade other stocks.
If you want to stop people from day trading to cause large fluctuations, implement a commission system that will punish people for changing their positions often.
Oh and that 20% fluctuation based on vg numbers? Is that not the price of the stock moving towards its lifetime sales as players respond to sales data? Would you rather that it stays over/under priced?
