I don't see why we need to make this process so complicated. In my opinion, once a game has been released in all the regions it's supposed to be released in, one can then "nominate" the game for delisting. All that this "nomination" process involves is just a person posting a comment on a stock page explaining that the game isn't selling that much anymore (preferably with some sources proving this like NPD, Chart Track, etc. showing that the game is no longer on the chart/ very low on the chart). After this, the game is listed in a blog post like this. Anyone with any objections can post their opinions in the blog post or in that stock page before the blog post is made. A DKP reward can be given to those that make these posts. Obviously if KultofCows thinks a game should be delisted and it isn't nominated, he can obviously just add the game the blog post. If KultofCows would prefer it, these nominations can be made using the "contact us" thing.
I don't see why a mathematical formula needs to be used. It just complicates matters and people get confused. Also, as we are predicting world-wide sales, we can't just use North American retailers to determine if a stock should be delisted.
I think we should just rely on the intuition of traders to determine if a stock should be delisted.
