Yeah, I also agree about not doubling US sales to arrive at Europe #. That is why I said that the price (IMO) is actually expensive, not cheap, especially after hearing UK figure from you.
@Mushashi, Whoa, what happened to that comment? Looks like the link to the page you were linking to was spread over the whole thing because of the bracket missing after "".
I agree with your statement to not just automatically double known U.S. sales when estimating the GLS for a Xbox 360 game.
There will be no effect from Japan, where X360 is "dead". I am not sure about Europe. Until we hear from Europe that it is selling as well as US, then there is no reason for this stock to increase in price. It is already quite expensive (800K US + 800K Europe + 50% conversion from LTD to GLS).
in UK, X360 "stronghold" in Europe, Mass Effect are on #40 in All Format, All Prices chart, for week ending 19 January 2008, and #4 in X360 only, Full Price chart, for the same week.
Perhaps I'm missing something here, but this stock seems undervalued to me. US sales for Nov and Dec are 800,000. This suggests that GLS (which is worldwide), currently not even showing 3 times that is on the low side.
@Alchemy, We underestimated it 20% in Nov, overestimated it 20% in December. That's pretty much a wash; I don't see any reason for the prediction to move overly much, especially not to the downside. If it doesn't show in the top 10 for Jan, then we should revise our estimates.
Added the December numbers to the wiki. December numbers missed our expectations, but the stock didn't drop. I think the stock is slightly overvalued as the game is selling 20% below our original projections.

The only thing I've seen is VGchartz's claim that the game has sold 1.65 million copies globally. Take it for what you will.
