@Twitch, holy crap!i looked at one of these GeForce 8800 video cards on ebay and it was around 300-500euro.i mean i was annoyed when command and conquer 3 required a 64mb video card!but Radeon 9800 Pro(128mb) + 1.5GB RAM for minimum requirements. I dont how this can get any sales at all.
I like how the minimum specs sound pretty low for video card (Radeon 9800 Pro), but recommended jumps to near the best video card available (GeForce 8800). 1.5GB RAM as a minimum sounds pretty hefty as well. It will be interesting to see what specs are necessary for what kind of performance, including resolution, AA, filtering, and FPS. Either way, I can't see this as good news for the sales forecast.
EA and Crytek's upcoming PC-based first person shooter Crysis has dazzled gamers since it first debuted. With that dazzle came one question, "How powerful of a PC would players need to play it."
@CriticalHit, I could if I wanted to pay that much for the Future, but I did not. I said they screwed with them, not that they screwed them. I wanted to see what the current selling prices were at, but since someone flooded them everyone would be unable to see unless they wanted to spend their money on that person's selling price, and there was no telling how many shares that would end up being.
etc etc....the system doesn't allow you to click and buy individually when the prices are like that so I put an order through for a bunch at 26.00 to clear it out. Hopefully SE will a: look into who posted puchase prices like that and b: alter the price input field to prevent leading zeros.
