The average % of copies PAL regions buy compared to America is around 79%. Since it has sold around 515,509 copies in America, from this PAL regions should sell about 415,112 copies (though this seems a bit high, considering that Spider-Man is not as popular and this copy had more next-gen competition than the last two Spider-Man movie games did). From this we get a total of about 935,112 copies sold over lifetime (93.5DKP).
with VGChartz having this at 54k last week with 350k sold in US so far and Europe selling strong I think this one may be a little undervalued at the moment despite terrible reviews. Saying that the drop off from sales in the US from the week before was almost 30% (73k - 54k). Even with a consistnet drop of only 20% per week this still looks like hitting 550-600k in the US
Despite its poor rating according to NPD this stock appears to be selling, I would guess this is most likely due to the HUGE install base on the PS2 and the PS2's low price, I am not convinced the primary group of people who would be purchasing this game have moved to the next gen systems yet.
