mixed feelings about that future. Its only getting two late weeks before christmas but has some competition with Haze, Enemy Territory Quake Wars and TimeShift are being released first.I think this may be slightly over priced 3-4dkp.
Shacknews are claiming that Valve have confirmed Half Life 2 Episode 2 (Orange Box) will be released on ALL platforms 9 Oct 2007. This includes the PS3.
IGN's recent preview of the upcoming expansion Half-Life 2 Episode Two ended on a sour note. While info on the game itself was unsurprisingly positive, they hinted at further delays for the Valve game, including a potential 2008 release for the PLAYSTATION 3 version.
For context, this video is not only meant to show the graphical direction and the inherent oddness of Heavy Weapons Guy, but also the facial animation technology that they've been working on.
It is not platform specific and it is a tried and trusted game. The fact it comes with some extra just makes this one of the games of the year on both the 360 and the PS3. I expect this to be one of the games you expect to find in most peoples shelves come the end of the year. The projecting of 700k would seem very low.
This games comes with 5 games in 1 box. Half Life 2, HL2 episode 1. HL2 episode 2, HL team Fortress 2 and HL portal. The last 3 listed here are all breand new never released games.
I would by this if it only came with Portal, amazing puzzle/problem solving FPS let alone TF2.
The only thing hurting this game is it's coming out around the same time as Lair, Heavenly Sword and MGS4, for the PS3 and after Halo3 for 360.
