CVG Bully: Scholarship Edition Preview

2006's Bully (or Canis Canem Edit if you got the renamed UK version) is arguably Rockstar's most underrated game to date. Despite the needless controversy surrounding its content (or what the mainstream press thought was in it, anyway), the house of GTA's schoolyard romp proved to be more Grange Hill than The Sopranos, and definitely one of Rockstar's most enjoyable and charming games of the last few years.

Bully: Scholarship Edition Hands-On

Gamespot - February 13, 2008

Scholarship Edition is somewhat of a director's cut for Bully, the game released as Canis Canem Edit in Europe in 2006. The new version keeps the soul of the original PlayStation 2 game and adds a next-gen polish to its body. It also adds new graphics, extra solo missions, and multiplayer games.

Can an Old Bully learn new tricks? Maybe: 80

IGN - February 1, 2008

"If you’ve already taken Bully for a spin on PS2, Scholarship Edition isn’t going to be worth the extra $50 you’d plop down for motion control and new missions. For those that haven’t made the rounds at Bullworth Academy, you’re missing out, as Bully is a charming, entertaining experience, and far more lighthearted than it has been made out to be."
