Sony's known for great first party games, and Uncharted: Drake's Fortune is no exception. Plenty of shenanigans ensue, with you dashing through a lush jungle and ancient ruins, fending off pirates and jumping over a waterfall, all the while enjoying a phenomenal cinematic experience

"We hear that the Home portal for Naughty Dog's PlayStation 3 adventure will follow in Resistance's footsteps, allowing Home avatars to explore the game's levels without the threat of being shot at, a nice feature. But it's the Uncharted mini-game that has us far more pumped."

Some games I want to give a score, this is one of them, it promotes gaming as an interactive adventure and an art form, broadening what is possible on a gaming platform. For this alone it deserves acknowledgement, the fact that it controls so well and is very fun just compounds this to make it a great title in gaming history.

"Although we took a lot of the right steps in our approach to developing a realistic story and character, we seriously underestimated the impact that realism would have on our game design. "

In an LCI interview with Christophe Balestra, VP of Naughty Dog, he stated : We will begin shortly a sequel. This requires taking a step back and take a fresh look at the game to see what direction we are going to push him. But the universe is there, it is rich ... So there is the potential for an exciting new title. Even better.

Some games catch you completely unawares, and Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune is one of those games. When I initially heard about it at some games show or another, I was ready to write it off as “some game that looks a bit like Tomb Raider”. So it’s quite a pleasant surprise to find out that Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune is the best thing on the PlayStation 3 and one of the most impressive games I’ve played in recent years.
