While Nintendo is destroying the competition here in the US, the Nintendo Wii is absolutely dominating Sony (and Microsoft, which has never caught on in Japan) in Sony's home territory. While Sony sold little more than 40,000 PS3s last month, Nintendo sold over 270,000 Wii systems in the Land of the Rising Sun in the same period.
