Symantec has confirmed a vulnerability in the Wii Opera Browser's handling of .flv Flash videos, such as those used on YouTube. The vulnerability causes the console to lock up, but since it does no permanent damage (as in, your console is still ok) it is rated as a minor vulnerability.
