Game Informer lists the top 10 games coming for PS3/PSP. Good news for Sony is that a lot of them are exclusive/1st party.

True, but if you'd be forced for financial reasons to have just one of ps3/xbox360 but still wanted to play all the big name title you'd be safest with ps3 because everybody ends up having a pc at one point or another so in that sense it's "for free". I for example never owned the original Xbox, but badly wanted Kotor so ended up playing it eventually on the PC, I don't feel I've missed out on a great game, and yet I only owned one last gen console so I cut down on costs there. For those doing a cost calculation like this but still game passionate enough that they want to experience all the big games this is an option. Wii also has this kind of true exclusivity... though I personally have yet to hear of a game I'd feel I missed out I didn't experience because it was a true work of art. Maybe the next fatal frame if it's exclusive? But obviously that's just me, I'm into gaming for the content, but I can totally understand that so many more people are into it for the fun and it's more physical gaming is a big deal there. I think them being a first party is a big deal at least in the case of the ps3: with 360 exclusives people can eventually experience them on the PC, should they not get a 360, but with these 1st party titles people know that the only way they're playing them is buying a ps3.[ Oracle ] [ Level 20 ] [ Rank: 444 ]bids

Both PS3 and Xbox 360 have numerous games available both for the respective console and the PC. Yes 360 does tend to have a bit more titles that are like this, but 360 has been building a portfolio of games that are totally exclusive to the 360 at this point in time. Some gamers also have to have certain games close to when they come out and would not wait for a 360 game such as Halo 3 to come to the PC (this has not been announced, but it is inevitable as both other Halo games made the jump).
On the topic of the Wii, it has a growing portfolio of games that could be considered true works of art. For example,look at Metroid Prime 3, Super Mario Galaxy, No More Heroes, and even Zack & Wiki.
All three consoles are going to have games that are exclusive, a great experience, could be considered true works of art, etc., but in the end it comes down to personal taste, quantity, and what console you already owned in previous generations or happen to already own before this content came out.
