Nintendo Australia has sent out a press release today, confirming that the Nintendo DS has reached more than one million units sold, 153 weeks since launch. The data is provided by independent market research company, Gfk Australia.
Nintendo has also confirmed that the Wii has sold over 300,000 units, 58 weeks since launch. This makes both the Nintendo DS and the Wii officially the fastest selling consoles to reach these milestones.
