Australian PS3 sales for the year eclipsed Microsoft's Xbox 360 and sales in PS3's crucial home territory of Japan are also lifting.
(NOTE: The number likely includes some percentage of 30k given away with the purchase of a Sony Bravia TV post Christmas, which might color the victory somewhat)
