January PlayStation Network downloads exceeded 7.9 million, up from 6.6 million in December 2007 and taking total life-to-date downloads past the 52 million mark, said Sony Computer Entertainment America.
The number of registered PlayStation Network accounts also surpassed 2.9 million in North America last month.
