Margin of error is a very simple percentage calculation. For instance, using a standard statistical error would be about 5-10%. So on predictions of 130,000 units the error would be plus/minus 6500-13,000(depending on which you choose).
Also, good point for those who mentioned that underestimating gets a "true". Very sloppy article.
