A Variety report says unrest is growing at Vivendi Games' Sierra label because all of its titles will soon have to be pitched to Activision.Until the merger is technically complete,work proceeds as usual but once it's over,it's very unlikely that everything at Sierra will keep going as it has been. WoW developer Blizzard, and games due out this year such as The Bourne Conspiracy, Prototype and Ghostbusters will not be subject to interference, but those in development for 2009 may be dispensable.

I think it would have been pretty silly for Activision to can that as there's nothing else in their portfolio remotely like it at present. Same thing goes for Ghostbusters though you do wonder if the Bourne license clashes with the Bond license they aquired. The first game from that deal would be out this year you would think.
