Blockbuster Inc., the biggest movie-rental chain, made an unsolicited offer to buy Circuit City Stores Inc., for as much as $1.35 billion as the second- largest U.S. electronics retailer struggles with falling sales.

I welcome this news, hope BB buys CC. CC's customer service & stores are pretty bad. Hopefully BB transforms into a business that sells everything that CC carried, while integrating their rental business into those stores as well. Maybe they could seriously increase their Gamerush stores, with these new locations, and start to provide some competition to Gamestop.
