After its price drop Assassin's creed is nro 2 on 360 AND PS3 (sold more than GTA Collector last week!!). Morevoer Ubi announced 6M+ sold (maybe sold in) when the stock PS3 + 360 is 5.6M lifetime. I see this underestimated by 20%. Your thoughts?

I agree with you. VGC has even higher numbers already sold than 6 mil combined, and I think they're probably fairly accurate on this one since the 6 mil # is from sales as of MAR 31st.
