Circuit City Stores Inc., the nation's second-biggest electronics retailer, filed for bankruptcy protection on Monday but plans to stay open for business as the busy holiday shopping season approaches.

If the economy doesn’t show signs of improvement through the holiday season, I would expect people to hold off on the big ticket items. I wasn’t on TSE this time last year so I don’t have a point of reference for holiday sales. They seem too high considering the environment. If the consumer doesn't have a console yet they may hold off.
For the record, I’m short to neutral on all consoles for the rest of the year.
