On March 4, DQIX will join the Ultimate Hits lineup of budget releases. This version of the game will carry a ¥2,940 price point, down significantly from the game's current ¥5,980 pricing.
That day will also see Ultimate Hits versions of Dragon Quest IV, Dragon Quest V, and Final Fantasy IV. These will also carry a ¥2,940 price point.
Square Enix also announced today that the Ultimate Hits series has, as of December, topped the 2.5 million mark in total sales.
