Anyhoo, the redesign, if true, is definitely enough to push a number of gamers who were leery of buying the PSP over the edge. I, for one, was initially interested in the PSP, but the combination of lack of interesting games and lackluster hardware performance was enough to keep me away. Now that both of these appear to be remedied, I might go ahead and pick one up.
