LittleBigPlanet is a platformer in which the players control characters with various abilities that can manipulate the environment. Players work co-operatively to overcome obstacles to complete a stage. LittleBigPlanet also allows players to create their own stages and share them online.

LBP delayed worldwide, Possibly to Mid November

LittleBigPlanet has been delayed worldwide for an unspecified amount of time as confirmed by Sony. Originally expected to launch next week, consumers may need to wait until mid-November. Some retailers are listing November 14th as the new release date.
Two small extracts from the Qur'an mixed with music into one of the background tracks are the cause.

The sting is all the more real when the game is a highly touted, much looked forward to title like LittleBigPlanet. That's right folks; LittleBigPlanet has been delayed until Fall of 2008.
