The Command & Conquer series continues on, this time with a strong focus in the single player campaign experience. EA reportedly beefed up the backstory by consulting MIT scientists for scientific realism. The game will feature live action cutscenes and story telling breaks during gameplay. The game will introduce a third faction in addition to the GDI and NOD. New gameplay features may include mobile bases and customized units through combining units.
C&C3 uses the engine featured in Battle for Middle-Earth II. The graphics demonstrate emphasis in lighting, shiny water, and most importantly, particle effects. The game features the side control panel as found in C&C games before Generals.

As I found out from www.commandandconquer.com. This conversion (reality based) is coming out soon.
This is a very good expansion and conversion pack whci is being released for CC3 tiberium wars. This conversion pack will require CC3, so there will be even more CC3 sales. THis stock is undervalued.

CC3 SOLD More than 1 million by May

CC3 has already more than 1 million sold, and given that I bought a copy recently, this will continue selling into christmas with recent price drops. (nearly half price now on amazon).

2This stock is severely overvalued! It only sold 383,000 copies in the U.S. in all of 2007, not the 1 million figure given months ago.

battle tv reported there are an average of 20K PC CC3 players that log on to play online everyday.
If there are 2 million units sold thats about 1% of the population.
If there is only 1 million US sold then thats 2%.
In all cases it was suprisingly low, though I cant fault them as its very time consuming so people paly in the weekend moslty.[ Veteran ] [ Level 9 ] [ Rank: 1050 ]

otherwise EA's 1million claim back in may would imply 600K+ sales in europe and Japan.
this needs to be checked.
