Mario and friends bring their party game action to the Nintendo DS in November 2007.
This game appears to be very similar to their console games, featuring characters moving around a Mario-themed board and players having to compete in various minigame challenges.
Up to 4 players can compete wirelessly with only one game cartridge.

As you'd expect, the minigames themselves will largely depend on the DS' unique input features. Based on the minigame-selection screen, it looks like there will be several dozen minigames in the final package, once you've unlocked everything.

Nintendo managed to move over 90,000 units on the first day, according to Enterbrain. We are looking at sales of 200,000 to 400,000 for the first week.

While I'm all about ease of finding information, I think this is a bit excessive. The DEC NPD is already listed on the game's main page, and the Japanese data you're referencing is a highly valued article already.

3Based on the latest info of Mario Party DS Dec 07, this stock seems underpriced.
Current MPDS LTD :
Japan : 1.5 Million (up to Jan 6, 2007)
US : 385K (Dec) + 190K (estimate of Nov) = 575K
Europe : Unknown. I'll use same figure as US = 575K
Total LTD (estimate) = 2.6 Million (for the first two months).
note about Europe. I estimate the same # as US since Europe buy a lot of DS H/W (like US), and the casual games, like Brain Training 1 & 2, are doing very, very well there (#2 in UK 2007 list), even better than US (in this regard, it more closely resemble Japan than US).
To calculate GLS :
50% increase = 2.6 * 1.5 = 3.9 Million
100% increase = 2.6 * 2 = 5.2 Million.
Conclusion : this stock is underpriced at 352 DKP price. Potential profit gain is between 10% (worst case) and 60% (best case).
