I disagree. Wii Fit will be their answer to those who love Wii Sports but avoid other titles, so they're not likely to bundle them together. Besides, they've already thrown more support behind the Zapper (at least 3 3rd party titles directly supporting it) and we're not hearing any talk of that being bundled with the console. I think Wii Fit is strong enough to stand on its own.
I think you have a good idea for Summer 2008 if sales start to decline (rather than waiting til the holidays). However, I think they're more likely to just package in a 1st party game (Brawl or Galaxy) than the Wii Fit board which would force them to use a much larger box and would take up more shelf space.
