IIRC, it is standard that the first generation game usually only tap a low percentage of H/W capability. Second generation game will usually tap higher %, while last generation will use almost 90% - 100% of H/W capabilities. This happen with every H/W, including X360 and Wii.
I don't really see what is special about PS3 in this regard. Maybe anyone would like to help me ?
