The only problem I see with this data is that it doesn't take into account that the Wii has sold millions more units than the PS3 and 360 had in their first 19 months. I would say that the tie-in ratio for third party games for the Wii still lags behind the 360 for sure and possibly even the PS3.
But at least there has been noticeable improvement in the number of 3rd party sales that has outpaced install base growth I would assume in some months (just by taking a rough look at the chart).
