Most major online brokers should allow you to trade it. I've traded OTC stocks on Ameritrade previously. With low volume, it won't be as easy to trade as a regular stock, but unless you're daytrading, I don't think that would be an issue.
I have never traded UBI. All the French publishers I have traded always had a listing on US exchanges: Atari (ATAR), Eidos (no longer public), and Vivendi (withdrew their US listing). Since the fallout in video game stocks a few years ago I never really got interested in the sector again until the simExchange.
There has to be some advantage to directly listing on a US exchange, but apparently those benefits were outweighed by the cost as corporations like Vivendi thought it was too expensive to list on multiple markets.
Shane, is that ticker generally accessible from discount online brokers like Ameritrade? Or do I need a special broker with access to European markets?
Just posted another article alongside UncleF's that reviews Ubisoft's strong performance in Q4. This article also claims 950,000 units of Red Steel sold.
