Rumour.
Seems the PS3 version of Bioshock includes a trailer for Bioshock 2: Sea of Dreams when you beat the game.

According to this Gameguru report, 2K Marin has posted job listings for Bioshock 2 development at 2K Marin. PS3 experience is listed as a requirement, so like, dur. This marks the start of what will almost certainly be the most arduous rumour trail ever: the game’s not out until the fourth quarter of next year.
