peaking to Bungie at the Halo 3: ODST press event, we found out that Halo: Reach would be Bungie's last hurrah in the franchise it created. at least for this generation. "In terms of a platform for Halo games made by Bungie, yes Reach is the last one," confirmed the game's senior designer Lars Bakken. "I can't answer that question about MS - whether they have something in the works or not. But in terms of Bungie-produced Halo games, ODST and Reach is all you're going to get on 360."

Halo : Reach Breaks Record

Halo : Reach has managed to break its first Xbox 360 record, that of the number of Xbox live users simultaneously playing online. Bungie, the developer behind the game, posted yesterday that Halo : Reach has surpassed the all-time record for Halo 3 concurrent unique users on Live. The game was only launched yesterday morning and it is not surprising that Halo : Reach has shattered that record so quickly; after all, there has never been that many Xbox Live players.

The Xbox game “Halo: Reach worldwide release scheduled for 14th September was announced. Considered the largest blockbuster game of the year, “Halo: Reach”, which will be released on September 15 in Japan, was the inspiration for the bestselling New York Times, comic books, action figures, clothing, among others, and sold over 34 million games worldwide to date.
