Charles Huang cofounder of RedOctane isn't a fan of Electronic Arts taking credit for the upcoming Rock Band game. He said that calling it an EA title is "misleading." Huang also talks about the process of incorporating Xbox 360 wireless into the guitar for GHIII and more.

Famed film director Steven Spielberg has been a presence in the videogame market almost throughout the entire history of videogaming (many of his hit films have become games, and Spielberg has overseen projects such as LucasArts' The Dig and later EA's acclaimed Medal of Honor series, not to mention that the director has often been in attendance at various E3 gaming conferences), but the director has focused his attention on videogames more intently than ever with a handful of new projects in the works at Electronic Arts.

EA to reveal never before seen games at E3

Kotaku - June 27, 2007

Submitted by pilias_simber (122) at 7:33AM PST on June 28, 2007

It's easy to forget that just because E3 shrunk, it doesn't mean that there won't be a week of endless news and surprise unveils. Take for instance Electronic Arts, which just sent out the official media alert for their E3 press conference. The presser will include the usual suspects of EA top brass and "celebrity guests" but it will also be home to at least a couple of pieces of news including a new strategic partnership, some product-specific news and "reveal never-before-seen" games. We know Rock Band and Harmonix are going to have to play a role, but will there be some totally out of the blue secret as well?
