Project Natal on 360 allows motion control through full body motion capture, and has voice recognition. Allows control of both games and the dashboard. It is a camera and sensor assembly that recognizes faces, body movements, objects, and even voices. Development kits are arriving at Microsoft partners today.

The Xbox 360 saw sales of 11,291 units for the week, bringing its total up to 54,793 and far out pacing the PS3, which sold 8275 units for the week and only 31,798 units for the month.

Microsoft's new 199 Euro's Xbox 360 packs with 2 games and 2 wireless controllers are in fact OLD machines. After opening 10 of them, they found that the machines have been converted to new and all have non-falcon motherboards, old Hitachi 47 or Samsung MS25 drives and the repair center sticker on them.

The weeks long connection troubles many Xbox Live users have experienced since the holidays was due, according to Microsoft, to heavy Xbox Live server load brought on by a record number of users attempting to access the service. Xbox group marketing manager Albert Penello told us that "It's wasn't a malicious thing." He explained "We had the biggest concurrent day we've ever had on Live.
