Data shows band games aren't declining?

Looking at video game software sales over the past few months, one of the most closely-watched genres has been the band games -- analysts, retailers and other industry-watchers just can't tell if it's still the hot cash cow it once seemed to be. ComScore tracks internet user behavior to perform trend analysis, in as far as search metrics are an indicator of consumer interest, the popularity of the sector is almost three times as high this year over last.

Warner buys another 10 million Eidos shares

Time Warner has purchased another 10 million shares in Eidos, bringing its total stake in the troubled publisher up to 52.5 million, approximately 20 per cent of the company.
