Kotaku goes out of their way to say at this point, this is just a rumor. But Kotaku's track record on rumors turning out to be true is pretty good. What I find most interesting is that they called multiple EB Games in Aus. to find out that Xbox 360 Premiums have been out of stock since before Christmas. Although, that could be because MS favored US > Aus in their shipments. Even US was sold out during Christmas at some stores.
