A number of industry sources have indicated that Microsoft is due to cut the price of all Xbox 360 skus in Europe. These are as yet unconfirmed reports but back up the earlier report which hinted at the Arcade receiving a price drop for the UK.

This is not the same information. That link you refer to talked about the UK and Arcade. I am reporting that this is all SKU's and for Europe. That is why I said it backed up the earlier report whiched hinted at the Arcade price drop for the UK.
