Microsoft released their earnings results today for the 3rd fiscal quarter 2008 ending on March 31st (2nd quarter of our calendar year). Slide 14 of Microsoft’s presentation shows Xbox 360 console sales have increase year-over-year 68% with “record software and accessory attach rates”.
This is great news for the Xbox 360 given the current market conditions.
