Electronic Arts has stopped work on the PlayStation 3 version of Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3.
The title was officially unveiled in February this year, and marked the return of the popular RTS franchise after seven years. No reason has been given for the move, reports our sister site Eurogamer.net.
The title is still due for release on Xbox 360 and PC this autumn. (That is it nothing more to read).

As of right now, I would say yes. But I don't think there is any reason for an RTS to not be console worthy. It's just that if a game is made for the PC with PC controls and PC gamers in mind then it's going to have a hard time giving console gamers the same thing in a port. Civilization Revolutions is a change of pace though (finally). It's a turn-based strategy game, and still would play a little better on the PC, but it's a step in the right direction. The game is targeted for console users and has no PC release coming out that we know of. If you own a PS3 or a 360, I highly suggest you download this demo and check it out. They were able to make a PC franchise into a very good and different game than its predecessors.
