Marvel vs. Capcom 2 may be 10 years old, but it's still popular incompetitive fighting circles. Fans have been requesting a new game in the franchise for ages, and after the fighting genre got a swift kick in the pants in 2009, Capcom is all set to deliver. Marvel vs. Capcom 3 is finally officially announced.

According to Famitsu, there should be about ten more characters left to be announced for Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds, five for each side. Rather than a concrete statement, though, it seemed to be more of an assumption based on what Capcom has said earlier regarding the title (like monthly character announcements, and such). Here's a quick bullet-point list regarding what was said.
