they've basically admitted that they screwed the design of the console up themselves. (no surprise there then)
It bewilders me that a company as big as Microsoft can't just spend a bit of extra money getting better engineers/programmers that make less mistakes rather than spending loads of money fixing the problems their current ones seem to keep making. They may, to some extent, get away with such inefficiency in the OS market as an example, but thats because they conrol so much of it. They won't however get away with it in the video game market when they are up against sony and nintendo who can capitalise a lot more on their mistakes
