I think one of the most desired features of Halo CE and Halo 2 was online Coop. With Bungie finally coming out and confirming not 2 but 4 player coop there would be a surge here.
Games like GoW and upcoming Army of Two show that Online Coop is a title seller. It was a must have and Bungie delivered. It WILL open the market to people that may not be ultra competitive deathmatchers, but still want to play with their friends.
All in all, this is a huge announcement that reinforces the value of the stock.
