I don't think Microsoft has a lot to worry about. A lot of Sony's "big hitters" will be severely blunted in terms of sales. MGS4? MGS has never been a huge seller (considering number of PS2 consoles) and Sony has lost most of their Japanese market. FF13? Again, could be hurt by the low install base and lack of Japanese sales. GT5 could be a huge hit, but Microsoft has been making a great effort to push their own racing franchises, so I wonder if some of this market has already changed sides. Haze? I'm not convinced this will catch on, but it could be a sleeper hit (especially if it's as good as some say).
Meanwhile a lot of the big games coming out have already gone multi-plat: Army of Two, Assassin's Creed, Burnout, CoD4, Fallout, GTA4, Resident Evil, Force Unleashed, DMC, etc.
I think that Sony's sales will improve in the coming year (or at least see a series of spikes from their exclusives), but I don't see them passing the 360 or stealing its customers. Microsoft should be more worried about Nintendo's WiiWare plans; a huge plus that MS has is their excellent Live Arcade service and if developers stop contributing to it, it could hurt them as they aim for the lower price point crowd.
